we are now open !

October 9, 2020

It's time, once again, to “Get out. Get social. Get to the FCT.”

  • Currently, seating capacity is reduced to 20% of occupancy with every other row closed.
  • Tickets are sold as general admission. Guests must leave two seats between their party and the next. There is plenty of room.
  • 26 tickets available for upstairs shows and 54 for downstairs shows.
  • We are now required by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services to collect names and phone numbers of all guests entering the building. Your information will be kept confidential and will only be used to inform in the event of exposure to the coronavirus.
  • Tickets are available at the box office and, in advance, on our website or by using our mobile app.
  • Prefer touch-free? Buy tickets online, through our app, or by personally swiping your credit card using our counter-mounted readers. Online or app purchases will confirm by scanning your confirmation barcode. Use our counter-mounted readers for concessions purchases as well.
  • Face masks are required to enter the building and must remain on until seated and ready to enjoy our tasty popcorn, beverages, and candy. If leaving your seat during the movie, use your mask until reseated.
  • If you are sick or have symptoms indicating you might be getting sick, do not attend a movie.
  • Plenty of hand sanitizer available throughout the building.
  • The theater has a limited-time special with any size popcorn just $2 with ticket purchase. To-go popcorn will remain for sale at regular prices.
  • Salt and flavored toppings are currently unavailable.

We appreciate letting others know we have reopened. Word of mouth, social media posts, roadside billboards...

Thanks for choosing to see a movie at Downtown Farmington's historic movie house.
